Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice. You do not need to return the item.
Order not received: if your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Changed your mind: contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in their original condition may be returned for a refund of the item price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will email you the return address and instructions.
How refunds are issued: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
